What to Expect: You may be asked to sign a new engagement letter, even if others in your group have already done so. This isn’t duplication—it’s enhanced individual protection. Proactive Communication – No Surprises, Ever What’s Changing: We’re now formally required to notify you immediately if anything could materially impact our services. This Includes:
  • Changes in our team or availability
  • Partnership or operational adjustments
  • Any health or capacity issues affecting service delivery

Important Note: Under the new professional standards, we are obligated to disengage from any client relationship where there is knowing provision of false information or refusal to comply with tax obligations.
